VantageScore Solutions, LLC is an independently managed firm that holds the intellectual property rights to VantageScore. The company was formed in March, 2006 when the new VantageScore model was introduced. VantageScore Solutions, LLC is responsible for the continued maintenance and re- validation of the underlying algorithms for the model. VantageScore Solutions, LLC does not market VantageScore, but conducts educational programs related to VantageScore.

VantageScore Solutions, LLC is responsible for:

Ensuring the consistency and performance over time through frequent revalidation
Create enhancements of VantageScore models
Providing educational material and analyses
Work with regulators and ratings agencies to promote adoption
Monitor credit reporting changes/practices with regard to their impact on VantageScore

VantageScore is marketed and sold independently by Equifax, Experian and TransUnion VantageScore through licensing agreements with VantageScore Solutions, LLC.
